Replacement CVT Belt for the Mammoth 800.

PARTS-UNLIMITED warranty card states: Should your SUPER-X BELT fail within our one-year limited warranty period, simply fill out the claim card and return it to PARTS UNLIMITED immediately along with proof of purchase, plus $4.00 to cover handling charges and postage, and the belt. Upon receipt of your SUPER-X BELT, Claim Card and $4.00, our quality control personnel will inspect the belt. If, in their considered opinion, it was not improperly installed, abused, or intentionally cut or damaged, PARTS-UNLIMITED will rush a new replacement SUPER-X BELT to you free of charge with postage prepaid. Please note that this warranty applies exclusively to the replacement of your PARTS-UNLIMITED SUPER-X BELT.
